Quite easy to find (look for the small sign on the left side of the passage opposite the small triangular park). Pleasant staff. One key card for room door and bed safe. Clean and comfortable. Nice shower. Outer door code (changed weekly) is provided after check-in. I was able to leave my luggage for the rest of the day after checkout. I slept well and appreciated the convenient location for bus and train stations.
The stiff double doors at the top of the stairs are annoying to pass through with luggage. There is a privacy screen on the bed, but it is see-through if the light is on. There is secure storage for small things (like a personal item) but not for luggage. This is perhaps the most expensive 10-bed dorm I have stayed in, but that's Hong Kong!

Only the location seemed good for this hostel.
The washrooms were not very clean, the beds were very close to each other making it almost impossible to keep bags. The staff were also not very welcoming and courteous.
