Overall impression 😊
We had a lovely stay at Residenza Storico Parco E La Noce in Poggiardo. It is a peaceful, comfortable property with a beautiful, very large garden and secure off-street parking. The location is excellent for exploring Poggiardo on foot, while still feeling quiet and relaxing.
What we liked 🤗
The garden was definitely one of our favourite things about the property. It is spacious and has lots of seating areas, making it a wonderful place for morning coffee or an afternoon drink. Having secure parking inside the property was also a real bonus.
The kitchen was very well equipped, with a large fridge and freezer and a good selection of saucepans, crockery and cutlery. There was also a great clothes-drying rack and, wonderfully, even pegs — something that isn’t always provided in holiday apartments!
The apartment had air conditioning in both the living area and bedroom. We did experience the power going off regularly during the particularly hot weather, which was a little inconvenient. Interestingly, this stopped completely once the weather became cooler, so it may have been related to the increased electricity load during the heat.
What could be better 🤔
The shower is quite small, although this really didn’t bother us during our stay.
The washing machine is located outside the apartment and is shared with the other two apartments in the property. We didn’t find this a problem, but it is useful to know when booking.

We made good use of the kitchen, air conditioning, clothes rack and beautiful garden. The secure off-street parking was particularly convenient.
Good to know 🧐
The location is excellent. There are two large grocery stores just a 6-minute walk away, while the pharmacy, cafés and bars are just one street back from the property. There is also a fabulous market in the town every Wednesday. Poggiardo train station is around a 15-minute walk away, making it possible to get around without a car.

Posto molto intimo comodo e pratico. I titolari si sono dimostrati super gentili e riservati.
Eravamo vicini al mare e abbiamo goduto di un ottimo giardino con barbecue per sfruttare al meglio le vacanze.
