Location and helpful staff.
The numbered digital keys are a challenge to me as im more comfortable with card keys. But everytime i erred the staff were just a call away. And i got immediate help to enter theapartment. So for that im thankful to the gentleman in the office

The location is the best part about this property. Honestly, would just go for it again for this sole reason.
Some parts of the apartment were a bit broken and run down, in need of some fixing. Like the rubber seal of the shower, the central AC, as well as the moveable AC.

Location
To enter the building you need to do through your cell phone .. nice system but what if your phone battery dies?

The representative went out of his way to help me register and provide directions and recommendations. He was excellent!
The automatic key box to the apartment didn't lock back and I observed other guests just pushing the door open even when it appeared to be locked. The room temperature was not conducive for sleeping. No instructions on how to use the TV remote (had no issues at my accommodation in Malaga). Almost fell over backwards because the chair was missing bolts. Couldn't lock my flat door when leaving for the airport and noone is in the office until 1100. Left a message telling them the door was open.
