Arfan and lucy, I had a great experience with this staff and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and the luggage room was great, thank you for your hospitality
The internet in bed 6 room 104 was bad but not a big deal anyway

I loved the kitchen facilities. The location is excellent.
The laundry service was disappointing and the way the situation was handled was even more disappointing.
I did get a 66% refund though- which was very fair.

It was very well maintained and the location was great. The bed was comfy and private.
The windows were sealed, so no access to fresh air.

Initially I was put off by the location. Then I discovered I was just a few blocks away from a very delightful neighborhood with a good sized Spar supermarket, and some really great restaurants and cafes. It was very clean, the housekeepers did a great job.
The elevator didn't work and apparently hadn't for some time. I was on the fourth floor so this wasn't ideal with luggage. The a/c didn't work in my room (it was a private room). The kitchen on my floor was beautiful and large but sparsely equipped. There were only 2 coffee cups! There was free coffee, but the coffee maker was only a small moka that could only make one cup at a time. The breakfast was over priced for what it was. No fresh fruit, so after the first day I didn't bother.
