They kindly upgraded our room at no extra charge.
Very spacious, well laid out. Modern rooms. Good location. Kind staff.
Pillows were all the same so couldn't find one small enough. Bed was soft and saggy. Minimal blankets for layering. We could have sorted this out before bed though, so it's on us.

As always the room was clean & tidy, interaction with the staff was exceptional. They were very helpful, friendly and went beyond what was needed.
