Location, landscape, private beach and swimming pool.
The restaurant struggles to manage the crowd at peak hours. Folks in there are utterly confused on what is priority and order of items to be delivered at table.

The hotel was beautifully designed. The sea beach was clean.
We had a booking with half board included. The management of the restaurant during meals was very poor. The tables were not cleaned before being allocated to new guests. The waiting time during breakfast was just too long. The chefs refused to serve Some items in the spread to guests even though they were available.

Huge property with quick pvt beach access!! The gardeners have done remarkable work in maintaining the vegetation sooo well. Ours was lagoon facing room and it was amazingly beautiful.
The worst thing about hotel was one lady staff sitting at On-call reception number in the evening and night hours of 29th June,2026. On my repeated calls and request she didnt provide me with anything and when i said i ll report you only then my ordered item arrived with a delay of over 1.5 -2 hours (i just ordered tea items and a cup). Imagine u realy need a good tea instantly and u get to make it in ur room after 2 hours just cz u are not getting supply of things!!! She was soooooo slow in her response i felt like some old granny has been made to sit and take calls of guests. That was ridiculous on part of a 5 star chain like ITC. Please either warn her or remove her from that seat atleast.
