Great location just up the hill from the main Himare beach and promenade. Quiet since it was more or less at the end of the road. Our third floor room had a sleeping loft so nice to separate sleeping area from day time area.
The complete lack of any check-in process is a problem. We were handed keys and that was it. There was a laminated card in the room that laid out rules and provided out of date instructions to access wifi. Housekeeping didn’t get into room corners or under furniture (recently anyway). Mop bucket with dirty water sat outside our room for entire stay.

The swimming pool was great. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. And the bar was a bonus.

The views are beautiful. The hotel is not right in the center, so it is much more quiet at night.
The pool does not close, so there are kids playing and shouting in it at night even after 12 am.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the center on a very steep and stony road.
