The owners are very friendly and helpful. I have difficulty with walking and moved us to ground floor room and assisted with the cases up into the property. The room was spotless and had tea and coffee making facility. The breakfast is amazing and i love the fact it is brought to you. The position of the Norwood was exactly what we needed to enhance are visit to Torquay.
