It was an excellent and central location. The rooms were spacious, beautiful and clean. Giulia was wonderful! She was very responsive and flexible as our plans changed with plans being cancelled. And the restaurant recommendation was wonderful, too! We enjoyed the breakfast being so flexible as well, since we were travelling with small children. The pullout sofa bed in the room was perfect for our four year old. It was easy to find, get in, and get settled. It also was only a short walk to the train station with regular trains both to Milán and the airport.
This is on Bookings side, not the hotels. Booking only let us book 3 rooms instead of two, since we were two families of 2 adults and a four year old child each. Despite there being a large bed and a pull out sofa in each room (perfect for a family of 3) and more than enough breakfast offered per room for young children. We did not use the third room at all, as expected. We felt this is something Booking should look into fixing on their end.

The location was just perfect, the rooms were so spacious and clean and the host (Julia) was so friendly, welcoming and helpful for our stay. The value for money for the accommodation was superb and it’s close to everything - cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gelato shops etc. I will most definitely be coming back.
There isn’t anything that I didn’t like.
