It was clean and the location was perfect for walking to many sites. It’s surrounded by bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores and anything else you may need.
He had an issue with the code and couldn’t get in, luckily, we were let in twice by a tenant. No one answered the emergency number and we were locked out standing on the street. The upside is that some lovely people tried to help us and we ended up making friends with them. They are the owners of the restaurant across the street and next door.

The location is top. It was cleany and not warm inside which was important for us in this hot weather in Paris.
It was more moisture inside that I expected - the humidity was definitely felt. I believe if they install an absorbеr it will be much better.
