Very convenient location for us to use. Fairly quiet residential area. We’ve stayed here a few times previously & are very grateful that the pillows have been updated and are now reasonably comfortable
On our last evening the neighbouring flat occupants arrived around midnight and seemed oblivious to the noise they were making as well as loud phone calls.

I stayed here shortly last year, and have enjoyed this stay as well. Just love how quiet it is, but with big shops, Greenwich Park, restaurants, museums, DLR in 20 min walking distance. Train station is like 5 min walk, which in that area of London is a part of TfL system, so you are charged as for tube travel if you commute using underground from London Bridge for example.
Had nice neighbours so no fuss about bathroom or queues, everyone was minding their business.

This place surpassed my expectations. I was worried booking it after going for a cheaper option on my previous stay. However, I found the place modern, quiet, reasonably clean, comfy, and felt safe.
For a spot in London it was a great price and an enjoyable stay.
The checkout time was a bit confused and I didn't get an answer to my query about it.

It was good that was quite near o2 arena (30min walk), so it was easy to go after concert, and in our room we had a private bathroom.
The room looks different than what was shown in the picture, we didn’t have a full body mirror, the bathroom was dirty, especially lots of dust on shelves and radiator. When we arrived (our flight was late) so we managed to get there only around 2am in the morning, and by instruction sent to my email, first was forgotten to mention that post box code was 000 and when I opened our lock box our key was not there so after our long journey we were unable to get in. I had to call and ask for help in the middle of night, don’t know who I was speaking to but at the end the man gave another lockbox code, where we found a key and were able to go to sleep. But when we came in, from other rooms girls was shouting, so was feeling like in hostel no sound isolation, you can hear absolutely everything.
