It was a great location in Hobart. The outlook was excellent on the days we decided to stay put. A long walk on the beach was a good wind down at the end of the day.

Great views of the river and bridge - somewhat obstructed by the neighbours roof - but more than enough visibility to be able to enjoy the sights.
Clean, cozy and well appointed, with everything you need for a really comfortable stay.
This is not a negative - just advising.... the house is set over 2 floors, with 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, laundry and kitchen upstairs.
The house is at the top of a driveway with shared parking with adjacent town house, had to do a couple of 3 point turns to turn the car around and park in marked bay. Not difficult, again just advising the need to do this.
