Very disappointing,we booked because of the jacquzzi and it was not working after all

Location was good,views nice

Jacquizzi was not working ,the host never answered us back when we tried to contact them during our stay ,codes for the check in were sent an hour later ,the shower pipe was broken,

We loved our time here. We were in the middle of walking in to the Main Street with all the restaurants or walking to the Grande Playas. The jacuzzi was amazing. It did stop working after a day but reported it and they fixed it. The linen was changed also during our week’s stay. Whilst sitting in the jacuzzi in n our last day we booked for next year.

The only thing that I think it needs is lamps next to the beds and maybe one in the lounge as the big lights are quite bright

Avoid, dirty and in a poor state of repairp

The location is great in that its a short walk to campanario or to the towns main street and has a fabulous view out to lobos.

Location- The flip side of the location is that the view the other way is of the end of the cul de sac, where the bins are and the back of the hotel where all the deliveries are made. Noise- Deliveries start around 7am daily, staff bring the hotel bins out and tip the glass wheelie bins for the bars into the main bin and then there's the noise from the main collections. The hot tub on the roof has no lid so is constantly trying to heat the water, you can hear this in the apt, if the water level gets low it gets louder. As there was no lid to keep the heat in and because it was cloudy, it rarely got up to a comfortable temperature to be able to use it. We also had to keep topping the water up, if it got to low it would switch off. Cleanliness- the apartment inside had been cleaned but not the rooftop. The hot tub had not been touched, there was a scum line and it was generally dirty. The sun loungers were broken and the cushions on them filthy, the zips were broken and foam inside soaking wet and mouldy. These were changed for alternatives and cleaned. The underside of the pillow wedges and under them on the sun bed were mouldy and dirty. Inside the apt, the pillows on the bed were stained and very thin, we asked for them to be changed but this was not done and we had to buy a pillow for my husband. The towels were threadbare and badly frayed at the edges. There was 1 blackout curtain to fit the door in the lounge, which was too short and not wide enough. The door in the lounge didn't lock on oneside, although it did have a bolt in the middle frame which meant the door wouldn't slide. We were told a new lock had been ordered and be fitted but no one came back. The shower head was dirty and leaked badly, this was replaced. The microwave in the kitchenette had a broken dial, pushdd vack into the carcus, which I considered unsafe, this was replaced with a new microwave. The kitchenette is poorly equipped and in a well worn state of repair.

Está muy bien comunicado con todos los servicios de restaurante , tiendas y lineas de guaguas

Cuando llegamos a nuestra hora de entrada todavía había un trabajador limpiando y arreglando el jacuzzi nos encontramos algo de suciedad en el sofá, no tuvieron el detalle de dejar aunque sea un poco de jabón para poder ducharnos ,menos mal que siempre vamos preparado..
