Staff were very friendly. Location was very convenient, just around the corner from the train station and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

We liked the free light breakfast supplied consisting of 2 apples, croissants and jam, corn flakes and porridge!! Very nice touch.
The bed was soft with big pillows, a nice bathroom and a quiet location.
Off street parking was a good option for 5 pound a night.
Free use of washing machines was helpful.
To be picky, perhaps the couch could have been a little better.

Very comfortable bed, close to the train station, calm and clean sorrounding area, breakfast basics in the room. The cooker hood was a bit oily but other than that, fully clean and comfortable. Cookware was in good shape.
The place is located aprox 1km from the city center. But it is close to the train station which is good. It is about 25 min walk to the cathedral through the Victoria wetlands. The distance from stores and things to do is completely doable on foot.
