The staff was nice and supportive
The toilet is very small and the shower area is too tight and not safe (the exhaust fan is very close to shower water).
The odor in not good (the fresheners used are not good inside rooms but the doorways are good)
The bed sheets are not clean properly and there are stains and hair left without cleaning.
The prices are high compared to room quality.
