Without exaggeration, these were the best four days we have spent in a hotel in many, many years!
Everything was absolutely wonderful: incredibly delicious and varied breakfasts, fantastic food, beautiful and comfortable rooms, spotless cleanliness, a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and a perfect location near the sea.
A special place in our hearts belongs to the rooftop swimming pool with its breathtaking views! It’s the kind of place where you just want to stay longer and enjoy every moment.
But the true treasure of this hotel is its people. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every interaction made us feel warmth and hospitality.
Thanks to this wonderful team, our first days in Vietnam became truly unforgettable.

Stayed here for 10 nights and really enjoyed our stay.
Maya and the team really looked after us and ensured our trips and stay were perfect.
All the staff were friendly and could not really fault the hotel
Being picky only two lifts for 20 floors - at peak times a small wait.

I like the property’s location, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and facilities. It offers a pleasant stay and good value for money, although the staff could be friendlier and more welcoming.
Disappointing Experience
I booked a standard room through Booking.com, but the room had a blank wall view when I opened the window. I therefore decided to pay extra for three nights in a room overlooking the beach.
However, the beachside restaurants played loud music until midnight, disturbing my sleep. I should have brought earplugs!
I also booked and paid the hotel for full-day tours on both days. Despite this, I was very disappointed when the receptionist asked me to pay extra for an additional bottle of water and coffee sachet.
Unfortunately, the staff were not as friendly or welcoming as expected, and these small issues left me disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel has potential, but its customer service and attention to guest satisfaction need improvement.
