The Locations is the best you can get - 15min fo Montmartr, the sam is for Le Marais, 5 mins to Opera Garnier… It’s in the center of Paris.
The room is super clean. They are changing towels and making baf every day. When you get back from exploring the city, the room smells nice and clean all over again.
The staff is the kindest and very polite. Whatever we needed they made it possible for us. Tou can leave the baggage before check in and after check out at the reception if you needed it, the provide you free bottles of water.. you can ger coffe, tea, cookies - even if you didn’t take breakfast and that was very generous and welcoming.
I would recommend it a hundred times!
Everything was at the best level it can get ❤️

Older hotel with great charm. The staff were excellent. Quiet off street. But near great cafes and restaurants. And nearby grocery store.
A little out off the way. Near a metro station. However, the riots were happening and the government closed the metro. Buses were still operating though.

It was easy to get to and near a few train stations that can get you to all the main tourist areas in 10-15min. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Grocery store right around the corner as well and the room had a fridge.

Clean, comfortable beds, breakfast area, good location within a walking distance from the office area we had to be in.
Thin walls are thin which makes it quite loud during the night. The receptionist called the room at 11pm to enquire about payment - we had booked and paid on booking.com so everything was fine. And even if it wasn't, it could have been discussed in the morning. We were already in bed with the lights off and the call startled us. The lift was also not working so we had to carry our own heavy luggage to the second floor.
