We really enjoyed the location of the hotel as it’s on the edge of Alona beach main strip close to dive shops, restaurants and of course 7/11! The pools were fantastic and we really enjoyed an afternoon in the beach pool.
Breakfast was great.
Reception staff were rude and seemed to look down at us both on check in and check out. We were expected to pay 750p each to use facilities for a few hours after check out at 11am- note to the hotel, we left to move to Bohol Beach club who welcomed us early and we were made to feel very relaxed (although 3 hours early)
Saying this, the breakfast staff and pool bar staff were so good!

Staff were friendly and facilities were good
WiFi was exceedingly poor in rooms away from main building. The selection of TV channels was by farcthe poorest I've encountered at a premium hotel, as well as a very poor signal for other channels. Despite requests for WiFi fix it never arrived during my 4 day stay.
