Great Breakfast
9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
Christine was lovely and welcoming. The place was spotless and warm as the temperature outside dropped. The location is well placed and very close to the town centre which is easily accessible. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent ingredients and the bathroom was very spacious.
Plugs - maybe with a few USB ports as we have hearing aids plus electronics to plug in overnight. Stairs to the second floor a wee bit of a challenge to the elderly but there are twin beds on other floors too which we will go for. There is no dedicated parking, but we managed to get a space okay on the street outside.

Room was large and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Christine despite having just come back from a family funeral.
Nothing, there was scaffold up around the outside for some maintenance work but it didn’t detract from the property at all.
