Excellent stay at a Farmhouse location just outside of Lecce and easily accessible to wonderful “heel of the boot” towns in southern Italy. Facilities are excellent and service and attention to detail is great. Rooms are clean and contain all the necessary requirements for a great stay. Near Otranto, Lecce, Torre del Orso, and Gallipoli for excellent road visits. The staff is outstanding as well!
A bit hard to find at first. Near the beach and relaxing. Unfortunately it was a bit cold, but the service by the staff is fantastic, particularly Nico and Fulvia!

A beautiful and relaxing property. A great pool area with lovely staff.
The breakfast buffet was ok but not great.

Room spacious, airy . Breakfast ok
Paint work on the walls by skirting boards was blistered, mouldy and damp. Drying rack rusty, toilet brush holder rusty, toilet seat stained, the plug in the sink not working well to let water drain efficiently. The beach chairs cloth stained and not secured in situ. No chair in the room .
The evening meal of veal was badly cooked even after returning it the kitchen to have it redone. Though I did not pay for it, I would rather have paid for a decent dinner.
