The team at this hotel were very efficient, professional & spoke English well. They ran the hotel effectively too. Parking was a breeze & buffet breakfast was an excellent spread. Loved their resident cat Daud who is great at its ‘PR’ job!
The bed was a little soft for our liking

Foods: Really delicious. It made me appreciate the cultural abundance of the Middle East. Very clean and extremely thoughtful for the health by offering such items as plenty of fruits, veges, and even honey combs for breakfast. Unbelievable!
Pillow was excellent. Very the best. My taste. Kind and efficient stuff.
I remember there were no English style toasts offered though. Some customers love warm breads, I believe.
Only few stuff had fluent foreign language skill. That was a surprise. I believed Mercure quality demands language versatility including even French…please provide free language classes, or something to the employees. They are otherwise perfect!
