Excellent location within walking distance to attractions and public transport. Reasonably quiet, nicely equipped rooms. Comfortable bed and very good bathroom.
Cooked breakfast in the morning was great.
Room for one person was tiny and feeling stuffy. Since it heated up quickly and the window had no insect screens, leaving the window open wasn't an option and so had the choice between overheating or leaving the aircon running overnight.
There is a small elevator, but the entrance is reached over steep stairs, so might not be an option for everyone.

It’s fairly close to everything - within walking distance, breakfast was very good.
Very tight accommodations.
