Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem Hügel im kleinen Dorf Penedo direkt am Naturpark Sintra-Cascais. Der Blick über die Landschaft bis zum Meer ist wunderschön. Das traditionelle Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Es hat drei Schlafzimmer (eines davon unter dem Dach) und zwei Badezimmer. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Anreise war kein Problem.

It is the family house in an old village, not far from the Sintra and sea cost with beaches. We had everything needed for our holidays.

The location turned out to be excellent. It was very peaceful,l very safe and relaxing. Had wonderful neighbors and whenever I needed to go somewhere, either neighbors or
American expats drove me or I took Uber. In fact, I enjoyed it so much I'm planning on going back for two weeks in May and then on to Madrid, Vienna, and Ireland to see friends.
PS The lady I rented from was extremely responsive to any request that I made.

El dueño fue muy amable y la casa tiene potencial. Las vistas desde el hall son muy bonitas.
La planta de abajo sin mucha luz y con demasiada humedad. Las camas muy incómodas. Aunque la cocina tenía de todo el menaje estaba bastante sucio. No tiene internet en la casa y además la cobertura en la planta baja es casi inexistente. Una pena porque tiene mucho potencial pero está todo bastante viejo.
