ホテルの立地、広さ、清潔さ全て完璧でした！
部屋にパソコンがありYouTubeなどを見て過ごせてとても快適。
またお風呂はバスタブと洗い場が分かれていて日本式のお風呂だったのでゆっくりお湯に浸かれて疲れが取れました。
少し暑かったので冷房をつけていたのですが
途中でエアコンから水がでてベッドが濡れていました。
スタッフさんに伝えるとエアコンはこの時期つけないみたいです。
シーツの交換とタオルをたくさん置いて行ってくれたのでよかったですがエアコンから水が出るのは予想外でびっくりしました。

Great location, good WiFi, great a/c, spacious room. Kind staff
Check in is not until 6pm. Which is not super ideal, luggage storage is allowed which helped. Firm bed but still good for us.

did not like the location at all as it's very unpleasant, dirty with trash around and smelly at the front door and in all the lanes in the neighbourhood. At night, many young people stood around, smoking and vaping. There were cigarette butts all around and on the ground. There was no clear and distinct sign of the Home Hotel at the front and it's even worse at night when it's raining and no bright light showing the entrance to the hotel. Inside, the room was OK but the exterior and external environment was just disgusting.
We appreciate the staff who, on the whole, were helpful and friendly. They tried their best to explain to us, using the language translation App and to help us calling taxi service.
Initially, we were put into a room with washroom and bathroom separate ( which we liked )but the air conditioning did not work. We were then moved into a room next door with older furniture, with washroom and bathroom combined. We did not like the location and the environment at all. The stairs on the ground and on the 1st and 2nd floor were filled with boxes and furniture which could be of danger in case of emergency like fire. We suggest the hotel and all the other business owners of the whole neighbourhood work together to revamp the whole neighbourhood to make it a much cleaner, user friendly, considerate, pleasant and welcoming community.
