This is a beautiful apartment tucked away in a quiet residential area, close to San Basilio Vaporetto stop. It only took us 10-15 minutes to walk along secluded canals to reach the crowded touristy areas of central Venice but we could leave it behind at the end of the day which was wonderful. There are lovely bars, restaurants and food shops close to the apartment full of local residents and University students so it's by no means isolated.
The apartment itself has two large bedrooms and bathrooms and a lovely cosy living area overlooking the canal, so boats regularly pass by underneath the window. The bedrooms overlook a quiet residential square. The beds are simple but really comfortable, shutters keep out any light and noise at night.
We couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough if you're on a budget too small for central hotels. Our friends stayed in an expensive boutique hotel near Accademia Bridge and got a tiny room in the middle of tourist chaos! We got a huge space within easy walking distance of must-see spots.
Nothing to do with the apartment, but bring anti-mosquito spray if you want the windows thrown wide open.

La posizione.
C’era poco decoro, sedie bianche sporche, il sottoscala è utilizzato come deposito con un materasso, un ventilatore e scope varie a vista.
Si sente tutto dalla strada, difficile riuscire a dormire senza svegliarsi al passaggio di persone.
Erano stati aggiunti dei tappeti, non presenti nelle foto, piuttosto polverosi, ho dovuto chiedere di rimuoverli poiché sono molto allergica.
In generale, poca cura, basterebbe poco per renderlo più ospitale e meno tetro.
Ho aspettato 3 ore e mezzo prima che arrivasse qualcuno a risolvere un problema. Pomeriggio che avrei potuto usare per fare altro.
