The ambiance is very cute and calm. The staff is really helpful and friendly, breakfasts are a good option, and for how much open space there is, everything is perfectly clean. I was pleasantly surprised!
The bedroom furniture is a bit outdated, but still functional. There is no AC in the room, so you need to have an open window, or it gets too hot, and the streets are pretty loud (but personally I didn't mind).

Location, cleaning, staff
No keys for the lockers, no control about the beds and people like bad 1 person A, etc.

Location was good. Staff was very friendly.
I discovered that there was black mold in my room. I was moved to a different room but was initially asked to stay and was told they would clean it instead. The hottest that the water would get was lukewarm
