Great location just outside of the town. Very warm. Hot tub is a bonus!
The staircase is exceptionally steep so could be unsuitable for some travellers. Bathroom is downstairs so this is a bit annoying if you get up in the night.

Great location near Forest Lagoon with nice view of Akureyri. Heated floors were wonderful and I Loved the shampoo and hand soap choice enough that I had to find it for sale at the store!
I could not figure how to light stove top, would have like brighter lighting.

The hot tub and view...which was better than the excavator view you had from the bigger houses
Washing machine
Streaming services
The toilet seat was loose and seemingly close to falling off multiple times
The shower head was not functional
The whole apartment reeked of some sort of cooked meat, and not in a nice way
Watch out: the only photo from the apartment you see while booking is the view from the hot tub...the rest of the photos were taken inside the bigger houses...you do not see any pics from the little cottage while booking which clashed heavily with our expectations
The cutlery and pots were dirty when we arrived
There was no space to put our suitcases except in the living room
There was no space in the bedroom at all
The lighting situation was...interesting
The stove knobs were loose and the kitchen itself was not in a great condition
It's nice that you can use the washing machine, however, there was no space to hang your clothes...or have it reek of meat...we ended up using the entrance for the clothes rack
