Pretty much everything. The room itself was perfect for our needs and the location - if you feel the need to stay in your room and watch the tv, you're in the wrong place.. 50m over there and you're swimming with turtles! We nabbed one of the resort sun lounges on the beach, and breakfast came to us! Heaven.

Location by the beach and pool were lovely. Breakfast very good.
When we checked in the receptionist was exceptionally rude, the room was very dark with inadequate lighting. No hot water in the sink and very limited hot water for showers. The light above the sink was too low and made shaving very difficult for someone over 1.9 tall. Restaurant menu very limited and service was generally poor and amateurish.
