The property is beautiful and well kept. Everything seems new and really have nothing negative to say about the hotel or it’s facilites.
It’s FREEZING in all the public areas… highly recommend long sleeves for any indoor activities. ‘Some’ of the staff members were a little abrasive.. not very pleasant but all in all it was a nice vacation…

I love that you don’t have to leave the resort for anything. The staff were very friendly and professional. It is a Very kid and family-friendly establishment. I love the many pools and many restaurants which give many options. The beach is walking distance from the resort. It was clean and aesthetically beautiful.
Some of the restaurants were a bit pricey. And the air at the hotel is extremely cold, especially coming in from the pools.

- The view, balcony, room, and bed were great. Loved that it was part of a massive resort (3 hotels on the property) with a ton of amenities. We never needed to leave the resort. - Room type descriptions are misleading - you don't need an actual balcony room to walk out and sit on the balcony. My room had what looked like just a sliding door in the pics, but I could actually sit on it with the little poof provided.
- THE SPA. The more I think about it, the more and more robbed I feel. I had the worlds worst possible experience. I paid almost $300 for a "lymphatic massage" with tip already built in. The girl just tapped my body so lightly that I could barely feel her fingers. I was in shock and kept waiting for it to get better or for the actual massage to start but it never did. To be clear, this was the standard practice and training for how the spa does a lymphatic - it was not the girls fault. The same tech performed my facial. She provided a massage on my neck and arms with the facial so I know she had good hands, but the training for the lymphatic was insane. Just don't even offer it because it's nothing close to what that massage is supposed to be and I've had it in many countries. - Restaurants closed VERY early for a resort. It was a major disappointment especially if you wanted to enjoy the beach until sunset, shower, and still get a good meal. A resort of that size should have at least 1 good restaurant open after 9:45 PM and not just bar snacks, pizza and room service. - The hotel is on the older side, and I don't think the quality of the interior finishes and furniture match the daily room rate and tax/resort fees. For example, my cabinets wouldn't close so the doors were constantly open and banging into my legs. Pipes in the shower smelled terrible when the water was running. It needs updates. I later moved from the Hyatt to SLS and you could tell the difference in quality. - Towel service shut down early. If you want to swim late at the beach or pool, you need to plan for towels ahead of time.

Facility was very nice and clean. Food at most of the restaurants was very expensive and very average.
They charge high resort fee and doesn't include entry to all the pools. You still have to reserve and pay for some of the nicer pools. Food options are extremely expensive and you have no other choice but to eat there.
