First of all, communication with the hotel before I stayed. Quick responses and helpful. I liked the location as arriving at night I could go for a run at the jogging track nearby. Next to the mall too. Hotel felt very safe and staff were all helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I arrived in Islamabad Monday evening and left Wednesday morning so only a short stay (England fan at the cricket in Rawalpindi). Will definitely stay there again if I visit Islamabad again. Staff also helped me with booking a taxi to airport.

Me and my partner stayed for one night, during a stop over. The hotel is a beautiful boutique building with a pretty garden offering a big bedroom with comfortable shower and airconditioning. The room also offers a small balcony.
The hotel is walking distance from the famous Centaurus Mall and restaurants, which is very convenient. For our stay we didn't need to get any taxis, we just walked where we needed to.
The staff are pleasant and the room service was delicious. We would stay again!

Location
Rude manager. Offering an inferior room to what was originally booked. When we resisted, he finally gave us the room we had originally booked after midnight even though he initially claimed that the room we had booked did not exist at the property.
