We got 5* treatment on everything from breakfast to brunch to dinner.
Comfy bed and quite place made me to extend my stays.

- Room size was bit small than expected
- The owner has instructed the staff not to let any car parked in front of the gate, even for 10 quick minutes; but parks his car himself over there. Either no one parks, not even owner; or everyone should be allowed. Guests deserve more to park for little duration because they are paying for the stay.

The staff could not be more friendly or helpful. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the metro station. Breakfast had a good selection and fantastic views from the rooftop pool. Enjoyed the Chinese restaurant within the hotel. Room was a good size and perfect for the break away. Would recommend.
It took a while to get the right temperature in the shower. Because the system is old, when the dials were turned, it takes a while to hear up / cool down. Initial issue with changing the dates (despite selecting that option), and had to contact booking.com to get sorted. But hotel was very accommodating when had to change it once more. Otherwise fab.

friendly staff.
The breakfast is not worth paying for. very basic and limited options and doesn't suit a 5 star hotel. if I wasn't obliged to eat because of Ramadan I would have definitely chosen to eat outside.
The bed and pillows weren't comfortable had neck pain for 2 consecutive nights.
Also Location is not the best as its considered quite far relative to how small the city is.
