Solitario George is excellent value for money. Our room was spacious and daily room service helped keep it spotless. We also loved the tortoise statues throughout the communal areas.
The staff is also very friendly and always had a smile on their face.
We would definitely come back anytime!

Good facilities, dining area to eat if needed. Air con in rooms and great shower, super clean! The manager welcomed us early and allowed us early check-in because the room was free, she was also super super helpful with giving advice around exploring the island. Also I left my earrings at the hostal and she very kindly
Arranged for them to be delivered to San Cristóbal where I got the ferry to shortly after.

It was clean
Location. Too far from the beach and downtown. Slum area. Bed uncomfortable, too firm mattress and pillows. All is very basic. Not a hint of any thoughtful convenience, like hooks in the bathroom, additional blanket. The air conditioner is very noisy.
