The location is fabluous. It is right in the middle of everything without feeling crowded. The accommodations were wonderful. Apartment was nicely decorated bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and bathrooms were great.
The main issue is the staff. There is noone on-site which is fine until you need something. The main issue we had was trying to get extra toilet paper. They gave two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. They advertise that bathroom amenities are provided. But, apparently replenishment of toilet paper is not included. I read the reviews and knew it could take a while for them to bring it. So, when we were running low, I messaged host to let them know (the night before). Initially, the response was friendly and helpful. I waited until the following afternoon and then checked in again on the ETA. I was told it will be another 1/2 hour. After another hour I messaged again and noted that we had been waiting since the night before. Then, the response tone changed. The host mentioned extra toilet paper was not included and it was a courtesy for them to provide it. I let them know bathroom amenities were advertised and if it was not included they should have said so when I initially asked. I could have just bought some, myself. It was not the issue of the paper, but rather how rude they eventually became. It soured our stay.

The apartments are in a fantastic location and are well equipped. The terrace is lovely for an evening drink and view out over the town, cathedral and to the mountains. It’s an easy enough walk to the Alhambra and other tourist spots. The team and very friendly, prompt to reply and helpful on what’s app. We had an issue with our shower that was fixed within a few hours!
More coffee, toilet paper, pillows could be provided but that’s being picky.

Everything! Huge space, brilliant location, beautifully decorated, all the amenities you could need and a lovely roof terrace. Communication through WhatsApp was clear and responses were almost instant.
