Warm welcoming people and excellent location. All the necessities were there and it was very clean👍
Some rooms may not have the best wall sockets for charging but I was using European plugs

The booking exactly match out expectations. We family of 5 booked the family room. The room is highly maintained well with no question for the great hygiene & cleanliness.
If added a provision for water, boiling kettle and with some glasses would add more beauty to it. As being the guest we preferred hot water for drinking during morning and night hours, also the climate at Pokhara near himalayas demands it.

The staff are really nice and friendly

The location was great, 10 minutes from the lake and about 15 minutes from the lakefront restaurants.
The room was very clean and the rooftop view is great.
The ratio quality /price is definitely good.
We were given a room on arrival that did not seem like the one we had booked on booking. It was small for 2 people, so we asked to change the next day, and even though they told us the room was the one booked they agreed to give us a bigger room with more windows.
We were disappointed also that when we asked for assistance in booking our next bus journey we were told that they do not know and that we should go and ask somewhere else ourselves... Without even trying to phone one bus company...
Finally, we did not feel a special friendliness from the owners... I guess you can not get along with everyone and felt like we were disturbing more than anything else.
