The staff is very friendly & accommodating. They went over & above to help us. They called us a taxi big enough for all of our luggage at 6 am & made breakfast for us earlier than the normal hours for breakfast so we could have something before we left for the airport.
One of the times we were there the AC & internet was out, but the other 2 times there was no problem.

The front desk staff are good helpful, but the facilities in toilets are not up to mark. The door locks not working, no water health faucets, very bad, bathroom accessories were broken, no proper cleaning inside. Outside the common areas were good. There are nearby shops, silent location.
