I didn't realize the host was waiting for us, so I failed to notify them the train was late. The location is fantastic. The steps up to the second floor apartment are STEEP. Hauling a 50lb suitcase was a little harrowing, but we managed. The host prepared the sofa bed, which was very nice.
We had to buy toilet paper on the second day. They knew there were 5 of us staying, so it would've been nice to have one more roll. There is just one true bedroom. The second room for sleeping is a space to walk through to get to the bedroom, separated by a room divider/screen.

The apartment was cozy and spacious, with a warm and homely atmosphere.
The location was fantastic, in a vibrant area filled with restaurants.
The host was friendly, welcoming and always easy to contact, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Amazing location (couldn’t beat it- literally meters from Ponte Sisto)! Everything (Vatican/colosseum/trevi within easy and pleasant 20min walk). Very spacious with plenty of room for a family of 5. Friendly and helpful hosts. The photo is the view from the window! Not an issue with noise at all despite the lively area.

Location was great, the accommodation was spacious
The space was not dirty but also not too clean because it is quite old, but that is all right. But the bathroom was dirty, the bidet + sink + shower drains were all glogged and took a long time to empty their water.
There is no shower curtain/shower door was missing so after every shower one took the bath room was a water balled.
And the door handle of the main appartment door was broken.
