Beautiful property, very clean and helpful staffs.
The breakfast could be improved a little more. I understand being in India, the spread includes more indian dishes, but I felt there could be more continental dishes too

Location
My South restaurant- Excellent food and service
FO Moin upgraded me to the Executive floor seeing the issues I had faced with the room. Efficient and made the guest seem heard.
Staff at FO - slow with check in - submitted docs was asked to wait - new person at desk - again asked for docs? Seemed like lack of communication
Room cleanliness, especially bathroom. Curtain loop hanging - iron plug broken - overall did not feel comfortable
