Good size comfy bed and pillow. Lovely cleaner, refilled the breakfast multiple times for us when it was empty. Good kitchen area for making my brew and food. Good spacious bathroom and bedroom, our own table and sofa!!
Shower wasn’t great, shower head moves to face the wall everytime it’s on so had to take it off to wash hair and body. Air con was temperamental and noisy but worked. Although lift was available to pay, wasn’t very big and lots of stairs when carrying heavy backpacks, might struggle with suitcases that don’t fit in the lift

The facilities are very practical. And the location is perfect. We can go any famous places by foot. I like the art collections very much. The owner seems to be an interesting person. Also the work lady is very friendly.
We have ordered the Room Toto. The air condition is very loud, if we want to use it at night. Maybe the other rooms do not have this problem.

The perfect location, the nice bed and pillows (and so clever to offer different kinds, firm or soft), the huge room with a nice view for a reasonnable price, as well as the safe neighborghood and the nice people working there !
Nothing ! It might be noisy around in the morning but it's Naples... I was happy enough either to be alone or to have silent neighbors, which was nice considering that my room was next to the breakfast room. But with earplugs, I didn't hear anything at all !

Excellent location! About a 5min walk or less to the metro. Decor and interior design is super cool - gives the hotel a shabby chic art nouveau look and feel!
The room had no windows that lead to the outside for fresh air. There are two windows high up at ceiling level that open into the communal shared kitchen room (so still not into any area of fresh air or breeze). To compensate for the hot and stuffy room, we attempted to use the AC which immediately blew strong distinct odours of mould into the already ventless space. The smell was overwhelming.
Toilet paper refill was not provided in spite of messaging the owners to let them know that there was no toilet paper, so we had to buy our own.
Listing states that a sparkling wine is included in the room - this was not supplied.
Breakfast is a series of prepackaged biscuits, jams and dried toast plus milk and juice. It's OK for a quick snack, but definitely should not be advertised as breakfast for those booking the room including breakfast at a high room rate.
City tax was €5.50 pp/day - the absolute highest we have paid to date across all of Italy.
Be very careful of using the paid elevator when exiting on the stairs, the lift opens directly into the middle of the staircase between two floors with no warning of falling!
