Diego was attentive and responsive to messages. Home exceptionally clean. Kitchen table was beautifully set for breakfast. Light food was available for us in the fridge.
More blankets were needed, mattress was incredibly firm and could benefit from a mattress pad or topper. Would have preferred to have more protein options at breakfast.
Location to the airport was who I booked this location. However it’s difficult to reach by bus even with instructions provided by Diego. It requires bus transfers and they run approximately every 30 minutes. We ended up walking from the last bus stop. If a shuttle was available from a certain location that would simplify finding it as a bus does run to the airport.

All was good, and the explanations for the self checkin was perfect.

The property is close to the airport in Venice. It cost €20 to get there in a taxi. It is a nice house in a sort of country lane, but just off a main road. We just needed somewhere for the night as our flight got us to Venice too late to check into our Airbnb in the city. Diego was very helpful with advice on how to get to the B&B and met us at the gate.
If he hadn’t been there to meet us we were given various numbers to key into the outside gate and then into the door to our room, which was a little off-putting. The room was very simple, which was fine, but we had to share a bathroom. Breakfast was a help yourself affair in the kitchen, which worked fine and we met some of the others staying there, so it was all quite jolly.
