We stayed at the hotel on the last night of a cycling holiday. The room/apartment was a good size. It was well decorated and furnished. It is in a smart area of Hamburg. If you were staying in Hamburg for a few days or weeks this would be a good place to stay. Another plus: our original room had a problem with its plumbing and the staff very quickly gave us a different room.

Easy access, spacious and comfortable and great location for exploring
I was on the ground floor and my apartment looked out onto a playground so it was very noisy from morning to evening, which is t great when you need quiet but also want fresh air. This was the only downside to my stay. I had earplugs on me and I used them a lot more than I’d normally do

Quiet, comfortable and spacious room with well equipped kitchen area and good bathroom. It had everything we needed and was stylishly designed and decorated. I would definitely visit again.
Nothing, everything worked and the check in and check out was seemless.
