Хорошее местоположение, все рядом, рестораны, кафе, аптеки, поликлиники, салоны красоты. До ТЦ Галерея 30 минут пешком, до парка погулять с ребенком 15 минут. Быстрая связь с хозяином, отвечал оперативно. Белый картон оформили. Большая терраса. Наличие посудомоечной машины было большим плюсом. Понравился очень большой удобный диван.
Имейте ввиду, лифт есть, но ездит он только на самый верхний этаж по кодовому ключу, где живут семьи в двухуровневых апартаментах. Мы-семья с ребенком, жили 21 день, было очень много багажа, коляска, автолюлька. Апартаменты на 4 этаже находятся, как спускаться и подниматься-вопрос. С ребенком надо гулять каждый день. Кнопки лифта работают только снаружи, багаж можно поднять только если загрузить его на нижнем этаже, а кто-то нажмёт кнопку на 4 этаже, тогда лифт поднимет багаж наверх.
Слышимость очень хорошая, было слышно соседей, их собак, как ездит лифт, соседей в подъезде.
В квартире недостаточно чисто, много пыли, диван грязный. Очень грязная внутри микроволновка. На потолке паутина с пауком. И имейте ввиду, что все средства для стирки, посудомоечной машины, шампуни, гели для душа, средство для мытья посуды, вообще все придется покупать самим.
Так же один раз пришли домой без предупреждения, хотя у нас ребенок, хорошо, что он не спал.
В подъезде автоматически выключается свет либо кто-то может его выключить. Можно остаться в темном подъезде абсолютно без света.
Одна вай фай сеть на двое апартаментов и если смотришь Ютуб, из соседней квартиры тебе могут его отключить, так-как работа Ютуба отображается на всех устройствах, подключенных к одной сети.

Very nice cozy apartment, located to the yard side of the building so it was possible to sleep with the opened window. The location was perfect-everything needed was on 2-10mn.by foot. Everything was super. Generally, very satisifed😎
It would be better to be more clean, more confortable bed...

Comfortable, clean and nice apartment, good location in the city center. The cleaning lady comes every 6-8 days, she is very friendly and pleasant in communication. They made White paper for us.
Terrible communication with customers: rude, aggressive, "leave if you don't like it." If you think I'm exaggerating, you can look at the responses to the reviews with a low rating - you will get same if there are problems. This cannot be attributed to translation errors (the staff does not speak English, communication is written through a translator), because aggression and mockeries are obvious. After the first interaction, we just didn't ask about anything else, we didn't want to spoil our mood. I think this is the purpose of such answers.
There is an elevator in the building, but it is not accessible. Perhaps they don't want to pay for it, although the story of why it is unavailable is probably always different. It's pretty hard to get up with suitcases. If somewhere in the reviews there is an answer "The elevator has already been repaired" - I do not recommend believing, I believed and dragged heavy suitcases.
