The accommodation was basically but clean and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was amazing
The shower door was a bit of a pain

We loved our stay. We knew the Royal Oak for their pies but never stayed there before. The pub offers two en-suite rooms. The friendly staff made us feel right at home and cooked a marvellous full English breakfast in the morning. Everything we needed was there.
Don’t expect a modern room, but that’s part of the charm.

Location, parking and huge bed.
Tired room, tiny flat screen TV and early closing of the bar/restaurant.
