Sehr schönes friedliches Zimmer, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage in Schwachhausen war sehr günstig ( gute Möglichkeiten, essen zu gehen, Kino in der Nähe).
Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Gute Lage, Parkplatz vorhanden, kurzer Weg zum ÖPNV. Das Zimmer war schön. Großes Bett mit guter Matratze. Ausgang zur Terrasse aus dem Zimmer. Kleine Küche mit Backofen und Kühlschrank waren eine tolle Überraschung.
Nur Kleinigkeiten.
Die angekündigten Kaffeekapseln waren nicht da, es gab keine tiefen Teller, Abtropfschale an der Spüle fehlt, bzw. 2. Geschirrtuch.
Im Bad scheint die Abflussbelüftung nicht zu funktionieren, es roch etwas unangenehm.
Leider war in unserem Zimmer ein rundes Fenster zum beleuchteten Nebeneingang, das wir nicht abdunkeln konnten, dadurch war es nachts sehr hell im Raum.
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre Zugang zu Reinigungsmitteln und Besen usw. wünschenswert.

Great location, residential area, silent good upscale neighbourhoods. Not very far from center either with a tram around 10 minutes you can be in the touristic centre, or have nice walks around.
1) In their website, its written that the particular room (Zimmer 1) have AC, and when we told them they denied that saying "it was nowhere written", instead of apologising that they have put false info advertising about their room. I attached a screenshot from their website.
That day it was at least 30 Celcius and it was difficult, also given that we had a little baby, so its dangerous. I had called them, they said they will sent a person or will call me, no one visited, no one called back.
2) There was a noise late night in the room, it took us 2 hours to understand where it was coming from, which I had to knock on the door of neighbour rooms, and it turns out the source of noise, was laundry-wash-machines room working many machines whole night. I called them about that to please stop it (day time we don't mind), but they said it must be customers who are running. I don't think so, since all of them working at the same time, and even if it was, I still find it unacceptable to let neighbour indirectly disturb others or not even a warning table there hanging.
3) We asked weeks before arrival for a child seat. They had said they would take care of it, when we arrived it was not there. And they said the ones they have is broken, we complained about it. In 2 days they delivered, so it was bad that they did not take care of it before, but good that they still minded to help.
4) There is a second door to enter the building/villa, and it was 7/24 open. It was not possible to lock it and it did not feel safe at all.
