Very tropical, loved the monkeys running around property.
They would only give us one room key. Breakfast was great with lots of choices but was always cold. Very stingy with towels. Nothing in walking distance, but hotel shuttle runs every other hour.

I had taken my brother, my sister n her husband on this trip to krabi and booked it after reading the reviews of other people. But I must say it exceeded my expectations and gave a wonderful experience to my family who never had an international trip before. Right from the reception to the room to the services provided by the hotel. Everything was just perfect. Even the bell boys were so polite and friendly. Always ready to help. They have an excellent shuttle service which makes your travel much easier to town n the beach which is located 15mins from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and am looking forward to visiting it again next year with my wife on our honeymoon.
I don't have any negative remarks as everything was just perfect. The staff as well as the services they provide meet all our needs so dont have anything wrong to say about this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Poonsiri. It is a truly beautiful and peaceful place to relax, close to Ao Nang and Krabi. The bungalows are extremely clean and comfortable. The pool is wonderful. The staff are friendly and attentive. And the breakfast is amazing! We highly recommend Poonsiri and hope to return soon.

Simple everything, the staff was very kind. The location is just stunning and beautiful. You have activities to do here too! And its so close to the town where there is a night market!
