The farmhouse is wonderfully renovated, Cozy, spacious, clean, fully licensed and inspected. Enjoy your morning breakfast, relax with friends or play games on one of our two large porches. It is on the National Register of Historic Places with a rich history of our family's farm life as well as the Civil War history of Brigadier General Rufus Dawes.

Karen was such a friendly and welcoming host! So fun to hear about the history of the place. Beautiful old home with a lot of charm and character. Very peaceful and quiet and perfect for stargazing at night.

Beautiful home filled with lovely vintage pieces and accessories. It was so clean and comfortable and we especially enjoyed the screened in porch for our coffee in the mornings, and cocktails in the evenings.Karen was very responsive and it was obvious how proud she is of her home!No internet service was an issue with our grandchildren, but they adapted and soon found enjoyment in playing games and doing crafts.This is an older home, so the showers were not the modern ones we are used to, and there is no dishwasher, but we managed for a weekend!All in all, a lovely stay!
