Breakfast was brilliant, but staff were slow and it felt like it was an imposition to be there.
Despite having a child in the room with us, and a bed made up for him, there were no extra drinks for him, no extra coffee, no turn down service. We requested the extra amenities during our stay but it did not arrive. I also expect that we were charged twice for our stay.
