The closest you can be to the jungle! You can truly immerse yourself into nature, take a swim at the lake and listen to the waterfall and sounds of the jungle. The place is kept simple, but you have everything you need (especially the insect net keeps you feel safe). The owner was really nice and explained to us the surrounding plants. Can recommend the dinner and the 4 hours jungle tour.

This place is a must-visit for all travelers interested in the culture and way of living of native people of the rainforest: the host and the staff are very welcoming and kind, they serve excellent traditional meals and will take you into the forest and explain you how to derive food, shelter, medicaments from there. The village and the rooms are very beautiful and natural, and still, they are equipped with all comfort. Also, the host, On Gee, will take care of your transfert in/to the next locations and of organizing visit to Cameron Highlands or to the rainforest.
Given the location in the middle of nature, there can be bugs and ants, but to the extent that they create any nuisance. And anyways the staff is very helpful to address the issue if they create inconvenience.
Nothing, it was the best place i've stayed in during my whole 3weeks trip. Definetly recommended to solo travelers and families
