The view was fab,Catalina was lovely and spoke English
The door didn’t work properly, due to poor weather , the room was damp , and over reliant on the one English speaker who was not on every day , other staff were not trained in providing a customer service , sauna was broken, however we did have a complimentary massage which was good . breakfast was reasonable but dinner poor, more canteen feel than restaurant
