An absolute gem of a place to stay in Otranto. We stayed at La Casa del Gelso Bianco for three nights while in Otranto. Great location—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and no more than a 5-minute walk to the town center, which is packed with restaurants, bars, and shops! The room was absolutely spotless and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom looked brand new! Our host, Domenico, was lovely and welcoming. He made us fresh coffee every morning with breakfast (which was also delicious). There was a great selection of meats, cheeses, pastries, and fruit to choose from each morning. Thank you, Domenico.

The property was conveniently located within walking distance of the beaches and the old town. The host was very kind, and we really enjoyed our conversations with him. The breakfast was delicious, and we truly enjoyed our stay—it felt warm and welcoming, and we would happily come back.
