The whole team were professional warm and tried their best to meet my needs and went out of their way from the moment I arrived until I left from staff opening doors, welcomed at reception to breakfast and restaurant team and housekeeping staff. I would like to give a special thank you to Asif, the Concierge Supervisor, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. He arranged my driver, took the time to understand where I wanted to go, ensured my needs were met and, most importantly, made sure I felt safe throughout my stay. He also coordinated with other team members whenever additional support was needed. His thoughtfulness and professionalism made a real difference.
I would also like to personally thank Ahmad Bhatt, the Manager, for his exceptional hospitality and attentiveness. He went out of his way to help me get my SIM card sorted, assisted me with photographs and ensured my needs were fulfilled. His willingness to help and make sure I was comfortable truly stood out.
A special mention must also go to Ghazanfar, my driver, who was warm, patient and accommodating throughout my stay. He took me wherever I wanted to go, and whenever we passed important places, he kindly shared some of their history, which added so much more to my experience of Lahore. He was thoughtful and attentive and always made sure I felt safe. I really appreciated having someone so considerate and knowledgeable showing me around.
What made this stay so special was not just the individual service, but the atmosphere created by the entire team. Everyone was professional, warm, attentive and genuinely customer-focused. It was clear that making guests feel welcome and ensuring their needs are met is a priority.
One small point of feedback I would also like to share is that I noticed Buddha statues by the swimming pool. As a Muslim guest, I did not feel entirely comfortable with these being displayed in that area, and I would personally prefer if they were not there. I respect that guests come from different cultural and religious backgrounds, and I share this feedback respectfully for the hotel to consider.

What a fantastic staff. Housekeeping were especially attentive to my needs, cleaning exactly what I asked and no more. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, perfect.

The staff was courteous and ambiance was good. The room was comfortable.
I stayed at this hotel often from 2002 to 2007 and again from 2013 to 2018 during my time as MPA Punjab and Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Punjab. Returning after a break, I found the food quality had dropped sharply, which was a major disappointment because I remember when it was excellent and the restaurant called Lahore Gates was full of people from all backgrounds enjoying high-quality meals. There used to be a good selection of salads, main courses, and desserts, but this time the food was very poor; I quickly developed nausea and diarrhoea and could not sleep all night after eating there before bed. I would never expect such food from a hotel that has been close to my heart for over two decades.
